I had a really bad breakout a few weeks ago and even though the cysts have subsided, I have a lot of red marks and scabs that aren't healing all over my t zone.

I don't have sensitive skin, my skincare regime is olive oil soap and water, so I don't think anything is irritating it.

Usually I use sudocrem but it's not doing the trick.

Help meeeee I am sick of my crusty face

Soap and water will be badly drying your skin.
A good hot cloth cleanser plus a light moisturiser for oily skin would be great. An exfoliating acid Toner used every few days would help keeps spots at bay.
Do you regularly get cystic acne?

The best thing you can do is change your diet - reduce the amount of sugar you have, increase the good fats - avocados, almonds etc
