Silk dress from Reiss seems faulty

I bought a silk dress from Reiss about 2 months ago. Today I wore it for the second time and I have just noticed the seam on one of the sleeves is coming undone and is frayed. This was an expensive dress and I really don't wish to have to send it off for repair. I no longer have the box or the dispatch note it came with but obviously there's an online trail of my purchase. Will Reiss accept a return?

Got to be worth a try.

A similar thing happened to me with a silk top - it's very delicate so they might say it's wear and tear.

I got a full refund on mine. But from another shop. They were a bit narky with me whilst refunding. I have realised silk is easily damaged. Fingers crossed for you.

Reiss are not well made. Dh had several shirts, every single one of them frayed and lost their buttons. I had a couple of jersey tops which bobbled horribly after only a few wears.
