Cosy skinny jeans?

Is there such a thing? Only wear them when its pouring down and dont want wet jeans/feet, but by god are they not warm! I know you get fleece lined tights/leggings so do you get skinny jean versions?

I have some skinny cords from gap that are quite warm.

Ah, thanks raspberry I hadnt thought about cords and I do love gap trousers!
