If you could buy perfume from only one brand which would it be!?

Just looked at mine and I'm obviously obsessed with Calvin Klein, have Eternity, Obsession (thanks to recent messages on here), Truth, Euphoria, CK One and Down Town. I think his perfumes last so well during the day so definitely my favourite!

Sisley.

Tartyflette · 02/12/2015 19:58

Annick Goutal, I have loads of hers although my favourite, Eau de Camiile, is sadly discontinued. Or L'Artisan.

Madbengalmum · 02/12/2015 20:03

No contest, Creed, without a doubt

Mominatrix · 02/12/2015 20:23

Agreed with Mad - Creed, and only Creed.

Nettletheelf · 02/12/2015 20:32

Dior, without doubt.

LinusLovesBretons · 02/12/2015 20:37

I would have to say Serge Lutens (wearing Fleurs d'Oranger today but have a few others) but Tom Ford and Hermès would be close runners up.

SwedishEdith · 02/12/2015 20:46

Mine all seem to be Lancome. Not deliberate.

Lndnmummy · 02/12/2015 20:49

guerlain, unrivaled

FrustratedFrugal · 02/12/2015 21:39

Guerlain or Chanel, probably Guerlain because Véga is a more sensuous version of No. 5. Honorable mentions to Caron, Hermes, Dior, Tauer, Malle, Grossmith, Histoires de Parfums, Tom Ford, and Kilian Hennessy. With a bunch of perfumes from any of these houses, I'd be pretty happy.

Sallystyle · 02/12/2015 21:54

Dior

Pleasemrstweedie · 02/12/2015 21:55

Another vote for Guerlain. I have worn Shalimar since I was nineteen.

SpellBookandCandle · 02/12/2015 21:55

Gucci, hands down.

SpellBookandCandle · 02/12/2015 21:56

Or wait, Armani too!

mmmm67 · 02/12/2015 22:03

Dior or Guerlain. Dior and Guerlain

Truckingalong · 02/12/2015 22:21

Cointreau and Linus - we have the same taste! Tom ford, serge and Hermes!!

CallingAllEmergencyKittens · 02/12/2015 22:33

Chanel. My mum wore No5 or Cuir de Russie and smelling those brings her back for me.

Tapirs · 02/12/2015 22:37

Creed. I fantasise about having a cabinet with all their fragrances in.

Tapirs · 02/12/2015 22:37

Though I did sell on my Silver Mountain Water - too persistant.

BikeRunSki · 02/12/2015 22:40

Clinique. I only have two perfumes, Happy and Botanicals.

JaceLancs · 03/12/2015 00:54

Guerlain here too - best staying power too

theshitestuff · 03/12/2015 01:00

Tough choice between Diptyque and Guerlain. Both brands do a great range of all sorts

Am I being a horrid snob thinking anything they sell in Boots is just shite (Armani, Dior, Gucci etc)? Blush is any of it good?

GrimDamnFanjo · 03/12/2015 01:00

4160Tuesdays.

MyFriendsCallMeOh · 03/12/2015 01:17

Le Labo.

Gruach · 03/12/2015 01:45

Ok, so I'm probably not getting a lifetime of JAR fragrances. Ho hum.

In the real world ... I've spent all day trying to decide between breadth - Malle - and depth - a life without Vero Kern would be pretty much pointless.

Fab question!

Gruach · 03/12/2015 02:03

But then ... Never to smell another new thing by Odriu or Slumberhouse (perfect heavy duty scents for queuing outside a theatre at 8 o'clock in the morning with snow settling all around.)

And there's a moment in late autumn when only Jeux de Peau hits the spot.

How many's that? Five. (With the diamond dust in reserve.)

Quite curious about all the Tom Ford love (though I'd do a small murder for some of his clothes). They're all lovely but don't you find them rather too smooth and inoffensive? I like perfumes that make people start back in alarm.
