cracked hands & feet

Bit gross but I'm in so much pain, I can hardly walk on my heels as they are so cracked

My right thumb & middle fingers are the same

I'm using E45 but nothing works!

Help!

does anyone know of any lanolin free urea creams? i have awful problems with dry, cracked heels but lanolin products make my hands erupt in cracks after just one use. neutrogena products are the same as are all the organic lanolin free baby products (as i discovered a few years back) so it's not just lanolin.

i use aveeno for all my moisturising needs and love it and am getting on well with skinfix hand cream but i can't find anything to tackle my heels. foot files only give a temporary fix and just smooth it all really.
