Tights or no tights with this dress?

For a works Xmas do. Planning on wearing it with black suede pointed toe courts. I can't decide on whether to wear black opaques, or much lower denier black tights.... Or nude tights? Or indeed bare legs, although I feel naked without tights. What does everyone think?
