Boden johnnie B sizing

I'm a size 8-10, 5'2" and looking at some of the teen girls clothing for myself. What size should I go for - 15/16 or 16+?

I'm 5'7" and same clothes size (28F bra though) and find 13-14 is usually big enough.

28f - similar proportions to a 30-32 E? 13-14 seems small, but I'll definitely stay away from 16+ in that case...
