I've been given a £50 voucher for Boden, I have never bought anything from them before, so I was wondering if anyone had any advice that would help a size 16 Apple decide what to put it towards.

i quite like the plain wrap tops

I'm a size 16 apple and am in love with the off duty jumpers. They are second to none

I wear the Breton tops. I like that they how do them in a longer length. I'm a pear not an apple though so can't comment on body style. I also like their favourite cardigans and woven pj bottoms (ok I adore their pj bottoms!)
If all else fails - shoes

Could i ask if the size 16 is a 16 or should I go up a size ?

They are true to size, so don't size up or down. Unless you go for the off duty jumper in which you will need a medium.
Their ravello tops are very good for apples.
Dresses and skirts are on the short side, but they do long length in most stuff.
Happy shopping

you need to know not to buy without a discount (probably 20% and free delivery). If you don't have one now have a google and wait a day or 2 and one will appear. I never buy full price.

Have a look at the size measurements of each item - it varies! Also read the reviews, they are usually very honest. The things I have that last for years are cashmere cardigans and sweaters, the bistro trousers and Panama bottoms. Enjoy!!

hiccupgirl · 20/11/2015 09:22

Def check the measurements and reviews. I vary between a 16 and 18 in their tops depending on the fit. I'm a 16 in places like M&S and Next.

If would say be careful with sizing - I bought two Breton tops this year, one in a 12 (a few weeks post baby) and one in a 10 (several months later once back to normal) and they were EXACTLY the same size!!

RoobyTuesday · 21/11/2015 21:44

So personally I'd say size up for Breton tops, however I have a couple of Boden jumpers in my usual size 10 which are fine.

NorthernLurker · 21/11/2015 21:46

The leggings are very good. Bit dull for a gift voucher though. If you get a Boden habit check out eBay Smile

A2G2 may work for 20% off.
