Moisturiser recommendations for spot prone skin

Can anyone recommend a moisturiser for the worlds most annoying skin?

My face is prone to spots & has an oily t-zone but if I don't use moisturiser is also insanely dry!

I keep going round in circles either not wearing it because the ones I buy are too greasy which I think isn't helping the spots but then I get bad dry skin which means I have to start wearing it again. So annoying.

I don't mind which brand or the price (within reason) but I'm starting to think just walking round in a balaclava might be easier at the rate I'm going

I use clinque anti redness control. A little green pot.
I have rosacea and other skin issues so it borders on greasy to dry.
I don't wash my face in soap & water as this makes it worse. I use simple wipes.

I've become slightly obsessed with skincare recently. I also have spot-prone combination skin. I have been using the following at night:

1. Simple remover for eye makeup
2. Neutrogena grapefruit face wash for first cleanse
3. Liz Earle cleanse and polish with hot cloth for second cleanse (i know, I know... it sounds like a faff...)
4. Nip+Fab Dragon's Blood pads to acid tone (not as scary as it sounds)
5. Liz Earle moisturiser for combination skin
6. Clinique roll on thingy for eye bags
7. Clarins Lotus Flower oil.

It sounds like a lot but only takes about 8 minutes, allowing a couple of mins for things to absorb in between.

In the morning I just do the Liz Earle cleanse, Nip+Fab pad, Liz Earle moisturiser then makeup.

I've only been doing it for about a week in that exact combination and I have not had one single spot, my skin looks loads better and feels softer. I am quite poor no though

Cerave. Oil-free and has niacinamide so preventative against acne and packed full of hyaluronic and ceramides so really moisturising. And not hugely expensive given the quality of ingredients.

My skin sounds like yours but mine is also very sensitive. I'm 36 and have just about tried all the brands! Including from Clinique, to Simple range to just water.

About a year ago I started using Dermalogica products and it has transformed my skin. It's quite unbelievable. I get the odd pimple now and again but nowhere near the issues I had before. I will never change again. I happened to come across this at a salon for a facial where a skin therapist recommends certain products for you and you can try samples until you are happy. I use the ultra calming cleanser and active moist moisturiser. And that's it. Simple but great. Can't recommend enough! Good luck!
