Monsoon Nadine HR Jeans

Does anyone know if these come in longer length because I can't for the life of me work out on the website if they do, they come in 2 colours but there's 3 options in them online...

Failing that an recommendations on high waist jeans, soft and stretchy and long...(like Topshop Joni's but better made)

What are HR jeans? Are they made to be worn by people who work in HR?

(Actually, Monsoon is just the type of shop HR people would love, I think).

I don't know Monsoon so can't help there, but I LOVE Oasis Lily jeans - high waist, lovely thick denim and a really good fit.
