Jeans - i am having an impasse - short waisted ones?

SO NO high waist suggestions please

I want tight black jeans that arent
a) jeggings
b) legging types
c) From Marks, Uniqlo, Next, Boden (I think) as are all too high wasited
must have stretch

had topshop once a while ago...

used to be a Gap gal ( remember long and leans?!) but havent been there for jeans for a while

Zara I've never bought from there before and I went last week and bought three pairs. I'm 5"7 bit of a mum tum, size 12, thin legs but curvy hips. They are properly skinny on me but not jeggings ie I feel comfortable showing my crotch (in the jeans obviously not naked!!) I love them.

That was meant to say I've never bought jeans from there. I have unfortunately spent rather a lot in there.

Thanks Butt. I've had trews from there but vital bothered in there as there are so many types. I think I tried the 1975 ones
