Charity lunch in 5* hotel

Partners company are taking a table at a charity lunch in a 5* hotel. It's for top dawgs and their other halves. I'm shitting myself. WHAT DO I WEAR???? I'm size 18 and 5'6"
Please can you give me some guidance.

How about black skinny jeans, a nice loose vest, blazer and statement jewellery?

Check the dress code for starters - depending on the dress code jeans are sometimes a no.
