How do you choose your colour? I am looking for something everyday (work) but not sure which colours would work best. Is there a guide?

I think I read somewhere that grey shades are good for blue eyes so for daytime I have a couple of shades of grey, some ivory and also a palette with a variety of neutral brown/beige shades.
What colour eyes do you have op?

Purples work with grey eyes as do neutrals

Have a look in a big boots at the different makeup. Rimmel/similar brands sometimes have eye colour specific mini palettes, eg for green eyes. Could also try googling you tube for eye shadow tutorial + your eye colour.
