Oooh I love stuff like this. What are you currently doing?

Loads of water. No alcohol. As much sleep as you can get.

Currently lowish carb- Lots of veg, lean meat, eggs, odd piece of fruit, nuts, lots of water etc with the odd treat.
Pilates 3 x a week and as much fast walking as possible.

Body brushing & moisturising every day. Using Soap & Glory's The Firminator on my upper arms nightly.

Teeth Whitening Strips once a week for 30 mins.

Usual routine of double cleansing and moisturising my face.

Well you sound pretty groomed already!

Maybe deep condition your hair and have a trim a few days before
Get your eyebrows threaded and dye your eyelashes
Manicure and pedicure

What do you do re hair removal?

I have a booking at the hairdressers next Tuesday for highlights and trim.
A booking at the beauticians for shellac on my fingers and toes & a bikini wax,
Footner'd my feet a few weeks ago,
Plan on plucking my eyebrows a few days before.

I think i'm ready !
