Hi, spotted this dress on another thread and I love it....it has sleeves, a bit of Christmas shimmer, a nipped in waist and leg coverage. Everything I want in a dress BUT it is it of stock.

Perfect dress

Has anyone seen anything similar? Max budget £50, size 12-14.

Ta!

ooh, it's nice. I just reversed googled the image and unfortunately for you some blogger had it on her blog. :-(

Thats gorgous. You could easily recreate the look with a top & skirt if all else fails.

DearFox · 10/11/2015 13:40

do you like this? v-neck, blue midnight shimmery

It's either classy and sexy in an understated way, or it's really unimaginative. I can't decide. could it be both? It's what it looks like on right....

Pesky Bloggers.....do you think will get bored of it and give it to me?

Anna, good plan for top and skirt, will have a look.

Fox, that is lovely but too expensive for me. I bet it is beautiful on though!

ThePocPocHunt · 10/11/2015 15:27

I've seen quite a few shimmery skirts about at the mo. if you wanted to go down that route.

Eg. Oasis/Asos

Oh no Robert why? I fancy it too - what didn't you like about it?

Robertwars · 19/11/2015 12:00

The waist is slightly too high on me, so where I would like it to be nice and smooth and fitted there are actually lots of pleats! It just makes me look wide(r) ...sigh

Most dresses seem to have very high "waists" at the moment.
I think it's to "hide" tummies - but in actual fact it usually makes people look fatter! Shock
