No I don't think that works. Sorry. Stripes and spots can work I think. For instance a stripy Breton top and a spotty scarf.

I think the spots on the skirt are small enough not to clash with stripey top.

If you like it and feel comfortable in it and it's fine for the work dress code, then wear it.

Personally I actually think that type of top would only really go with proper polka dots, but that's just a personal thing.

I think it looks good. I often wear stripes with leopard print too.
