Is there a halfway stylish alternative to Christmas earrings?

I do a pretty serious job but once a year we organise an event where "fun" is compulsory. I dont find this comfortable

Most people go for Christmas earrings and a santa hat but I don't have pierced ears and once I've worn a hat for a few mins my hair is such that I can't take it off!

What are the alternatives?

You can get little Santa hats attached to an alice band from places like Asda and Claire's.

Antler headband?

clip ons - the snowflakes are most stylish

I usually go for pigtails with tinsel around them, but I suspect that won't count as stylish.

A jumper with a star on?
