Any good black dresses out there?

I appreciate that's not a very specific question but if you have seen any nice black dresses recently, post them here!

I think I am looking for a black jersey shift or pencil dress, above the knee that can be dressy or casual. But I MIGHT be looking for a black skater style dress. I am 5ft 7 and sometimes the proportions are odd on me, like the waist is too high. I am open to suggestions!

I am 5' 1" and it stops about an inch above my knee

Fabric is thick and stretchy, they class it as a bi-stretch I tink, it's not ribbed, it's jsut athick smooth fabric (I am fussy about fabric and textures!) So gives a goos sillouhette when wearing it.

Size wise comes up std poss slightly large but not too much
