... But meant to buy the eye version. First time using a retinol. Can I use this round my eyes?

All advice says no but I did it anyway with no ill effects. I'm now using both the face and eye versions. My skin has never looked better.

If you haven't opened it you could exchange it.

Thanks. I'm going to give it a go. I've just put a thick facial oil on and am going to put the LRP over the top to let it acclimatise. We'll see.
