Spotted these in Clarks, tried them on and they fitted me well, were comfortable, and were the only boot that didn't look like a wellington on my skinny calves! Bit pricey but I'm sure there's a discount code somewhere out there.

The discount code finished yesterday, sadly. I tried these on yesterday but, in the end went for the 'Orinoco spice' boot as it was a lot cheaper (45 with the voucher) and I have already bought other boots this winter so couldn't justify 100pounds. Also if I was going to spend that much I would buy doc martens I think.

I like the look of the Orinoco boots but they were too wide around the calf for me. I agree that these ones are quite expensive for Clarks, so if the discount no longer works then I'll just wait for the post Xmas sales.
