I like it.
Marc by Marc Jacobs do one very similar but a bit slouchier.

The Kate Spade bag is nice but I would want another colour.

The Kate spade one is a little prim. Like the Marc Jacobs one, but not keen on black- makes it look a bit
Naff. Can't really explain why!

What about a mid brown or a charcoal grey?

Not keen on the quite obvious logos on both of them.

I've had the Kate Spade for a couple of weeks now and I love it! Just ordered it online without seeing in person and was far nicer than I expected. Really comfortable on my shoulder and holds everything I need day to day.

Gris the first one is lovely but probably over budget

I love Kate Spade but would go for something other than black
