Hi ds is only a week old and my tummy has slowly started to contract a little but is uncomfortable with the jelly, is there a non sweaty support vest or band available which would give a comfortable level of support rather than Spanx style suck all in? Do t get me wrong streamline flab is good but it's just whilst things reduce naturally
I'm usually a 10, at the moment think 12/14 but with comedy me greedy style stick out lower abdomen!

I don't think they are a good idea. In order to get back into shape, which can't be done quickly, the muscles need to support themselves. And they won't be doing this if you wear clothes that hold you in all the time.

True- just a little Uncomfy with it kind of hanging out- second child...

High waisted control tights might be a gentler option?

Primark have some very good all-in-one control bodies which don't cover your breasts at all (you just wear a normal bra with it).

Thanks hadn't thought about tights!
