stupid hair question

Does the menopause affect hair??
My hair is shockingly dry and prone to breaking at the mo, is there anything I can do to improve it??

Have you tried cutting out sulphates and silicones? Works v well on curly hair. Or coconut oil works for some people!

My cousin had this At menopause
I finally understood why some ranges do shampoo targeted at ages.

It settled but she used stuff for very dry hair at the time.

Same question here but more to do with age.

I used to have gorgeous thick curly hair. 2 kids and in my mid thirties and it's gone horribly thin and straggly. I already do curly girl but it's not making much of a difference.
