Clothes for a long body

Where do I find them? I'm 5ft 10 and size 10 but my waist isn't very defined. Every 'nipped in' dress or jacket I try seems to sit above my waist. Help?

Probably an obvious answer but have you tried ASOS tall, long tall sally, new look and top shop have tall ranges too. I'm 6ft and have given up in dresses from normal ranges.
