In need of high coverage foundation

I currently wear Estée Lauder double wear but I've tired of the chalky/caked on appearance that it leaves. I love the coverage though. Is there a product with really high coverage that will leave a more dewy look?

MAC Studio Sculpt... Gel-like texture which covers well but doesn't sit too heavily on the skin

For the budget conscious Rimmel Lasting Finish is great, it really stays put. And for the price, it's great quality and has a good selection of colours. I wouldn't be without mine!

Lancome tient miracle 24h is lovely and lasts well without being chalky

Revlon colour stay. I've been using it for 20 years!

Have you tried the double wear light? I love it. Also quite liked Mac studio fix fluid.

Face atelier ultra is what you need. Lovely dewy finish and great coverage.

Try adding an illuminating primer and applying the dw with a damp beauty blender.

I didn't see the dewy part of OP sorry. I've actually been trying no7 instant radiance for the same reasons and using a bit of Dior glow maximiser under it. I've been really pleased with it. The foundation is pretty good on its own too and is build able. Lasts pretty well too. Not quite as good on that as the double wear though.

Try a sample of Clarins extra firming. I swap between that and double wear, it's a great performing foundation, not cakey at all.

Have you tried Kiko? Really good coverage but not dry/cakey. And not expensive! Ask the staff instore - they are really helpful.

2nd Rimmel Lasting Finish. It has a lovely finish.

Though if the Double Wear is working well otherwise I'd be tempted to buy a bottle of Mac Fix+ and spray liberally after application. It dew-ifies.

I luffs it. Takes the aged haggard look off me if I'm wearing a less forgiving formula.

I used to use double wear but it became too masklike. Good make up artist suggested in a post he did yo sheer out heavy coverage foundations with 1 or 2 drops literally of essential oils.

Otherwise, I'm loving my illamasqua face base, their rich liquid Is supposed to be good coverage so worth asking for a sample. Also the new make up forever ultra is goodso far, but I've only had it a week.but my favourite so far out of all of my make up splurge is max factor moisture cover, blends brilliantly, great coverage and lasts for ages. For a tenner.
