I have given up with them, they dont actually keep your neck warm, just hand limply like a pair of tights on a washing line
ONE WRAP _ yes
TWO WRAPS - still hanging
THREE WRAPS - suffocation/stuck ON your head

I think they're more of a fashion thing than a practical thing. I do two wraps and have a cold neck.

You could do one tight loop and one looser loop, then stay warm?

I have a lovely cashmere one from JL that does 2 loops nicely. When it gets a bit loose from wear, then a quick hand wash tightens it up again. It was bloody expensive, mind, but it's on its 4th winter and as lush as ever!

You could always alter it to make it slightly shorter?

AnchorDownDeepBreath · 27/10/2015 09:20

Yeah, I do one tighter and one looser. Tighter one keeps your neck warm, looser one balances it out.

I bought a fab one from H&M which does two wraps and keeps my neck very warm without suffocation. And it was EIGHT QUID. Check out their accessories sections.

Also, Accessorize have a predictably fab range in at the moment and their snoods are of a sensible length.
