Help styling this skirt please

I've just ordered this skirt for Christmas time. It would be for a few nights out, one a 40th birthday party and then 2 nights out around bars. I'm 38 and 5ft so wouldn't be quite as sort on me! I'm thinking of wearing with 30denier tights and shoe boots but not sure about the top half. All I can think is a sheer black shirt, so would love some ideas. Thanks

I would wear a plain black or grey T-shirt. A naice one rather than a cheapie one iyswim.

Either black silk t-shirt or nice black t-shirt, opaques, shoe boots or heeled ankle boots. Biker jacket.

That's what I was trying to find as that's what it's styled with, but really want to get it right! The skirt is so gorgeous I think it needs to be kept plain everywhere else. There's this on on the TS website. I'd also wear with a black blazer, I'd love to be able to wear it bare legged but not sure I could handle the cold!!!
