I love this style but can't justify the spend at the moment. Has anyone seen one, about half the price if possible? Like the slouchy look as opposed to the big drapy ponchos...

TIA

Watching! Have been looking for exactly the same thing, just can't justify the cost of the Jigsaw one!!

CeeceeBloomingdale · 25/10/2015 19:36

Probably no help as its past season but mine is from m&s and very similar

FairyBiker · 25/10/2015 20:44

I've just bought one of these. Hoping it lives up to expectations

That's lovely but far too long for me...

Ooh, I am after the same thing.

The Esprit one linked to was nice; also found this on the same website, which is shorter. Might have to snip the tassels, though....

tk maxx have loaaaads of ponchos

Olecranon · 26/10/2015 18:02

Just bought one from Wallis in black. It has pockets on the front. Had 20% off too online with debenhams.

I've been looking too. Ive found a few in that style but they're all really expensive (the jigsaw one is at the cheaper end!) So far I've found a couple of contenders in grey.

Mint velvet
I would think it'd be easy to take the tassels off

I've never shopped here but I thought that one was quite nice.

They're a bit cheaper. Any good?

ChickenNuggetLover · 28/10/2015 21:31

Taybert thanks for those links. I like the mint velvet one but would prefer a darker colour as I feel a bit fat at the moment and also have two young children so would be good to be able to hide any stains! Like the price though compared to the Jigsaw one!

I too am a bit fatter than I would like and have two little ones but I hadn't thought about the practicality of the colour and have ordered the mint velvet one! It's arriving today.

Its here and it's really nice and I'll probably keep it because I'd like to wear it this evening BUT it would be REALLY easy to make one out of a wide scarf/wrap thing if you can sew in a straight line. It's literally a deep length of fabric folded in half then the two sides joined together from the end to about half way (it's done with a zip but you could just sew them together). So, if you can't find one and you're a bit (like a tiny bit) handy it'd be easy to do.
