I've just done my first one.
Face is bright red but it really wasn't as bad as I thought and no bleeding.
I'm only using 0.5mm though.
Is anyone else doing this?

Watching with interest as I was wondering whether to have a go.

Doesn't damaging the skin just cause scar tissue which is inflexible compared to normal skin to form?.

Confused

it's not damaging the skin though Fluffy it's creating micro pin pricks which stimulate the collagen response. No dragging or scratching.

It's damage, otherwise you wouldn't be stimulating anything.

If you stick a pin in skin it creates an inflammatory response, that's why your face is bright red.

Anyone with a knowledge of how skin responds to trauma knows your building up scar tissue.

You do know you don't do it every day? Both CH and PB make a living from hawking their products (and CH looks dreadful) so tbh they would say that.

I asked for people who roller, not a lecture on it, but thanks anyway Grin
