Long boots

Can anyone help me in my hunt for some long, flat (or low heel) brown leather boots, ideally with a slightly chunky heel, suitable for wearing with jeans?

Need a 6.5 or 7 in at least a wide fitting, but I've got quite skinny calves so most boots I try are baggy, unless they've also got a buckle.

I bought a pair from Ted & Muffy recently because they have a choice of calf measurement. I've sent them back purely because long boots don't suit me and I'd somehow forgotten that, but they were a perfect fit.

Try La Redoute. I have had some lovely boots from there over a the years, and there is usually a good discount code. Or the Johnny B bit of the Boden site has a nice pair of knee-length boots.
