spots on forehead?

I have had clear skin on my forehead for ever. All of sudden i seem to have loads of spots on my forehead. Any ideas? I dont have a fringe and they are the type of spots that could turn into a spot with a head. Is it hormonal? What can i do to make them better? It really annoys me!

I used to get similar when I used creams and cosmetics that were too rich / silicone filled for my skin

I have used a different face wash. Apart from that, nothing is different. Maybe its that? I feel my skin just looks a bloody mess atm.
