Urgent (as going to the shops in 45 mins!) high waisted jeans help please

Just tried to put my tried and tested favvy jeans on and they've split (through wear not big bummage!)

Any tips for high waisted slim jeans, ideally that do long sizes PLEASE!!!!?

Mango have some good high wasted options at the moment. Their London style are slim and Soho skinny.

Waisted, not wasted!

H&m high waisted skinny jeans are great and come in longish lengths - I always have to roll mine up anyway! £20 so I have 3 pairs. Good luck.

GAP have high-rise skinnies (regular 30.5 inches, tall 34.5)

I have these in the skinny (slim doesn't suit the shape of my legs) and a rather large, flat bum the position of the seaming and pockets give an illusion of shape. They come up large so you might need to size down. Good luck!

Tube jeans in tesco £12 or £14 I think, they do a long and they're high waisted. Best fitting jeans I have ever bought. They are amazing !

Dorothy perkins is my go to for jeans!

Next have nice high waisted slim jeans at the mo - £29 I think. Unfortuantly the regular length ones were far too long for my 29" legs so you might be on a winner there.

Topshop Joni are BRILLIANT. Skinny and high waisted jeans.
Next skinnies and M&S (jeggings) fall down on me - apple shaped.

Topshop have some fab high-waisted jeans... Kristen springs to mind and goes up to 34" leg

Daft question (I haven't bought jeans for years)
I got the Next high waisted a few months ago, not worn them yet (too warm, I'm hot flush~ey) but I'm going to try them.
I've read on reviews about the dye leeching.

Do you wash them first?
Back in the day, I wore them for a few times before I'd wash them because I was worried about nasty crease marks in the wash, but I can put these in a low temp/low spin on their own then dry on the heated rail thingey.

I love my topshop Joni jeans. Super soft and stretchy, don't go baggy on the knees and also don't have front pockets which can add bulk.

In answer to 70's enquiry re colour leeching - it didn't for me. Wore them without washing first albeit with a dark top and boots and they were fine. First couple of washes I washed and hung up inside out and there's been no running in wash or streaky drying.
