Kitting out DD (who will be 2) for her first skiing trip and would love your suggestions?

Can't wait... I've really missed skiing these last 3 years and hoping the PFB will love the snow like we do.

Please tell me your best tips for toddler snow gear (I love a bargain but also don't mind paying for good quality) and what kit works best for 2 year olds, still in nappies?

Another vote for Little Trekkers. They are local to me, and their shop is wonderful.

I haven't found that artandco, my two wear their sorel boots all winter long snow or not!

Trix - really? I have returned 3 pairs now both adult and child sizes due to the rubber wearing down within 2-3 weeks

We always buy them them the Olang ones now

Artandco · 23/10/2015 13:33

The Olang Birba is what they have right now.

My Sorels are 6 years old and my son's ones bought at the same time have been worn by all three of my children and the soles are still OK. They wear them to school in the winter. I wonder if they have changed the material.

I've got 3 pairs of sorels, dh has a pair and and the kids who are 6 and 9 have had a pair every year since they were 2ish and never had a problem with the soles!
