Best shampoo/conditioner for hard water?

So I have recently moved from a soft water area to a hard one, and my hair doesn't know what's hit it :( It's gone from lovely and shiny and soft to knotty, dull and greasy.

Does anyone have any recommendations for shampoo specifically formulated for hard water areas, or just shampoo that works well with hard water? At the moment I am using OGX keratin shampoo.

Use any shampoo but do final rinse with a jug of water with a good slug of vinegar in it.

Doesn't smell once it's dried.
