Jo Loves - worth a purchase?

My mum is a huge Jo Malone fan although she hasn't been too keen on the more recent fragrance lines. I know that Jo herself has set up Jo Loves and I'm tempted to order the Pomelo fragrance for my mum's birthday. However, I'm nowhere near the store and can't locate a sample.

Has anyone tried it? Is it a safe buy for a Jo Malone fan or am I wasting my money?

I've been to the shop in Chelsea and it was a lovely shop to visit. I bought the flower shop and the now discontinued oud over mango. I absolutely loved the mango for the first bottle so DH bought me a second bottle (£95 apparently, ouch) and I'd barely touched it before I developed an absolute loathing for it. I can safely say carrying and longevity were not an issue.

I bought my sister the taster set which at the time didn't include the full size bottle and she rated a good few of them, but I think she returned to buying jo Malone. I've since just stuck to Jo Malone too and, against my inclinations, I do prefer that range.

That's good to know. The perfumes are so pricey I'm not sure they're worth a gamble.
