What's the best primer?

I've only ever used bare minerals primer which seemed good but I'm running out and want a new one. Any recommendations? I have sensitive dry skin if that makes any difference?

Currently using an hourglass one I got in a space nk gift and I LOVE it, I have dry skin. It's so smoothing and makes my foundation feel lovely and last longer. I also use Laura Mercier, the glowy one and rate that. Tried clarins and didn't like the texture of it on my skin. Beauty flash balm works as a pick me up primer for me too.
