Best under eye concealer??

I need one to make me look less like an old hag on crack!
Need something to brighten area and conceal any darkness/discolouration. I don't like anything thick or to waxy/creamy as it emphasises all my lines and creases :(
Does such a thing exist?

Marking this place!

Nabootique · 15/10/2015 10:06

I recently bought the Maybelline age rewind concealer thing. It's the one that has a little sponge on the end for application. Really nice. Very light, blends easily, doesn't cake. I use it on areas of redness too.

Try bobbi brown corrector + concealer... 2 different products but very good

WhyDoesGastonBark · 15/10/2015 10:13

I have found that by layering a good concealer that gives coverage and then touche eclat I get the desired effect. Touche eclat on its own is not your friend however!!

BumbleNova · 15/10/2015 10:17

I really like the clinique airbrush concealer. I find the bobbi brown one and the laura mercier one too heavy and it just sits in my fine lines and dries out the skin. It makes me look ancient.

Thanks for the replies so far everyone

Nars creamy radiant concealer is the bollocks.

BurningBriquette · 15/10/2015 12:24

Channel stick concealer followed by a bit of Touche eclat works well... and I say this as someone who has just come out of long term sleep deprivation induced by sleep thieve DD.

Benefit concealer in a bright eyes/peekaboo eyes kit is pretty good too.

gonegrey56 · 15/10/2015 12:28

Another recommendation for the Nars Creamy radiant concealer. Fab product !

TheGrallon · 15/10/2015 12:55

I use the bobbi brown corrector as under eye concealer alone, I find adding her concealer on top makes everything look a bit cakey. I'd also second the Clinique airbrush concealer for a lighter finish. I keep meaning to try the Nars......

Indecisivejo · 15/10/2015 14:12

Think I might check out the Clinique one as easier to get hold of, do you apply it before or after foundation?

I have the Clinique one as its recommended by Lisa Eldridge but I found it did pretty much nothing on its own for my dark circles - I use the Bobbi Brown Corrector underneath

LikeSilver · 15/10/2015 14:16

The make up artist on This Morning yesterday (DS was napping for once!) recommended eye cream then concealer then luminiser.

Chargb2406 · 15/10/2015 14:19

I agree with LikeSilver that an eye cream underneath your concealer can work wonders. It smooths everything out, so prevents products sinking into lines Smile

Howaboutthisone · 15/10/2015 14:21

I do need help with this too. I think I remember reading here a while ago about a yellow concealer of some description?

RNBrie · 15/10/2015 14:21

I like benefit's erase paste. It the best concealer I've ever come across.

BumbleNova · 15/10/2015 14:32

you apply it after foundation.

FundraisingPTABitch · 15/10/2015 15:56

I've found that the smashbox under eye primer makes every single concealer under the eyes look amazing.

I've heard many good things about the nars under eye concealer. Will buy some tomorrow.

teacher1984 · 18/10/2015 19:36

Has anyone used the Ben Nye blue neutraliser concealer?

FundraisingPTABitch · 23/10/2015 21:53

I haven't used it, but I hear the best things about it. will you get it and let me know?

southeastastra · 23/10/2015 21:57

nars stick concealer not the creamy one

Moln · 23/10/2015 22:01

I've the Estée Lauder double wear concealer. It's amazing.

Though I'll admit I got it for free so I've no clue of the cost!

Jelly101 · 23/10/2015 22:06

Benefit Boi-ing concealer is the best I've come across.

Daffodil1210 · 23/10/2015 22:11

I really like Benefit Fake Up, as it has a moisturising type thing on the stick around the concealer and so works well under eyes. I got a free sample from the Benefit counter initially so may be worth asking to see if they can give you one to try first

KeepCalm74 · 23/10/2015 22:13

Collection 2000 concealer is brilliant and only £1.99!!!! I've tried everything from touché éclat to benefit etc for my severe hereditary dark circles and this one is the best
