Is it acceptable to wear opaque tights with a silk dress?
I want to wear one to a wedding, and don't want to freeze my knees off. The dress is shift dress and plain in style but quite brightly coloured in blues and some red.
I only have black opaque tights. I have purple ribbed ones, but they are woolly and my shoes are black.
Would ankle boots look out of place? (I really want to be warm, can you tell?)
