These boots?

What do people think - nice or nasty ?Celtic and co woodsman boots.

Any other suggestions? Bear in mind I need to be able to wear them all day and walk around 3 miles at a time so they must be flat, they must be shower proof and they must be warm! But we're talking general city walking rather than Highland trekking. Styled approximately as the photos - skinny jeans and jumpers, etc.

I don't trust my own judgement at the moment. I'm too tired.

I can't decide whether I like them or not. I think they could go either way. They're quite clumpy so I think if someone is going to wear them they'd look better on a petite or very feminine person. Not being rude just my opinion. Could possibly be unflattering if worn by someone bigger or dressed in a masculine way.

I opened the link with trepidation, expecting snow boot types but was pleasantly surprised. For a sensible boot they're pretty stylish I think.

I like them. I would only buy these if I had boots in other styles as these will not go with everything.

If they were wider in the toe box, I would wear them. They are quite lovely.

I don't like the laces. I think pull-ons, zips or buckles have a 'cleaner' and more stylish look.

Only - I agree with you on 'cleaner', but I have some plain boots and that's not what I'm after this time Smile

Open - Yes, have some black biker and some smart boots. Basically I live in boots during the winter so I try to have two pairs on the go. This will be the other day pair for the black ones. The smart pair get worn about once a month!
