Li lash/ semi perm lashes or mascara?

I have barely existent, short, thin lashes. In the past I've tried various mascaras (with eyelash curlers) but none make a huge difference. I tried Li-lash twice too, the first time with fab results but the second made little/no difference (began to wonder if it was fake, despite paying about £90- ouch!) and reports that it wasn't great for your eyes made me dubious. I'm now contemplating the lashes that last about a month but seems a faff (have very little spare time) and also have heard they damage your own lashes so over time they would be worse than they are now. Any thoughts? I have tried the usual false lashes for nights out (MAC ones and cheap ones) and every time they were awful (my lack of ability, rather than a problem with the lashes).

Am I doomed for an eternity of crap stubby lashes?

Revitalash has done wonders for my stumps, they almost touch my browbone now when mascared!

QVC sells it and they often have deals and payment spreading.

Just looked at it, do you think it's okay to buy from Amazon? What do you usually pay (for which size)?

I bought it from Amazon the last time. Checked my account and I got the Advanced version, 3.5ml for £59.99, bought back in May and it's still going strong.
