What do you think of these boots?

I am extremely tempted by a pair of suede boots from Celtic &co

But I'm a little worried that they might look too clumpy iyswim? And also perhaps too expensive for something I might not wear all too often (not sure if I could wear them with anything other than jeans?). Would these boots go with a mini skirt/shorts?

What do you think? Please could anyone suggest similar boots, for less £££!? Feeling a need for new boots now that autumn is here.

I have to admit I'm not sure about them. I struggle to see what they'd go with but if you like them then don't let anyone put you off.
