Hi
I recently had a miscarriage and have been left with the worst spotty, greasy skin I've ever had, greasy hair and an extra 7lbs and bloated stomach that won't go down! I was already into my mat wear and hate everything I put on now.
So, I was hoping for some advice on clothes I'm 5'9 and usually a size 14, short ish pale brown hair and very pale skin. I work in a special school and need some nice, long line, plain tunic style tops- I wear the uniqlo skinny black jeans and boots but no idea what to wear on top any more.

Colours need to be dark and limited pattern as I sign to my students this helps with clarity. Oh and cost wise- £40.00 ish? I've tried mistral, sea salt, fatface, Braintree and nomad but nothing jumps out at me! Layering is good as I can remove an outer layer if a student grabs at my clothes.

Help! I'm a bit, normal, greasy mess and everything I put on just makes me feel.more bluergh

Awe hugs xxxxx could read and run. Sorry about the mc. It may be that that's contributing?

My advice would be...
Lots of treats and pampering so. Hot baths, nail paintings, face packs, hair treatments.
Lots of water and lemon. Plain food, veggies, early nights and books.
Can you write in a journal? Pour out grief and replace with love and acceptance. It will pass in time. And no calling self bad names.

And try Mint Velvet? X and colour to cheer self up. I bet your skinny jeans look great. What about Sandwich? They're quite good?

I'm sorry to hear about the mc, must be very difficult

On tunics... joules would be my first thought : they always have prints but this one is fairly plain ... cannot link sorry, it's lizzie empire line

What about also a loose long shirt in a plain colour, or a thin long sleeve t plus a waterfall cardi - and try uniqlo as you are not your usual size. Take care
