Yes it's the Amazon one - butterfly something or other? Comes in gray packets - no instructions - looks a bit dodge but have left on for couple hours and will put pics up later. It's started working already!!

I think it's all pretty similar stuff.

I left mine for 2.5 hrs ...

I am extremely disappointed!! I haven't made any further progress at all! It's still the same!!

Have you been soaking them?

Wear socks, wet socks with your feet in plastic bags. Mine peeled like that as I went running and my trainers n.socks were soaked

No i havent been soaking them - i didnt realise you had to?

Don't think you have to but I'd noticed after a loNG soak that I left half my foot behind

How long do you have to leave it before doing it again?

I think 5 days before having another go. I'll soak them tonight, then if no movement, will do them again tomorrow and try leaving for 3 hours this time i clearly should have google searched Industrial Strength Knock Off Footner instead of regular strength!

Soak them & give them a GENTLE rub over with a sponge or scrunchy thingy. Once it's started, make sure you wear socks.

The sweat (sorry) and friction help the peeling.

Mine took a week to start peeling.

Also, when I use them i wear tight socks on top and keep gently massaging my heel area
