There are just so many lovely things to buy - has anyone else noticed this? Some seasons it's almost impossible to find anything at all, and I have to make do with the less than perfect things I can find that are not a) polyester, b) bum length skirts, or c) just a really weird fit.
My usual shops are Cos, Whistles, Massimo Dutti and occasional bits from Jigsaw. Cos is usually quite hard to buy from due to the odd fit; not over the past few months - everything I try seems to fit really well! Jigsaw had really deteriorated over the past few years - droopy and blah. In the past 3 months I've bought 4 beautiful dresses and a gorgeous pair of shoes - and I've had to restrain myself cos I could easily buy more.
I'm early 40s - maybe it's because of the 90s influence around at the moment? Anyhow, I'm making hay while the sun shines - you never know when midi skirts and grown up clothes will be 'out' and micro minis will be back in fashion. I really need to stop buying though
