Winter hat

Any suggestions for a warm and cosy winter hat, please? I'm not looking for a beret or a floppy, I'm more into something on the kitsch side: knitted/felt/cloche.

Thanks.

I'm not sure what a floppy is Hmm but I've bought some really nice knitted beanies from New Look. Tesco do some decent ones too actually.

Thank you. I dislike beanies but the cloche hat that arrived today was rubbish (sigh)

What about a 'Dr Zhivago' (spelling? But it's too late to go and check) hat? Band of fake fur round forehead/ears? It probably has a better name.
Or a tam'o'shanter, like Vera Brittain favours in 'Testament of Youth'? Bigger than a beret so better at framing the face and keeping the ears warm.
I realise there's a definite 'early C20th vibe going on here.
