Have dress, need shoes and accesories

I've bought this lovely dress for going out and parties and what not...

French Connection dress

I'm a bit clueless...does anyone have suggestions for shoes (not too high) and accessories? Am thinking just earrings...

And what kind of coat would one need for a smart winters evening out? I only have practical school run coats!

That frock needs a bracelet! And high heels. Not the clumpy kind.

It's bloody lovely to wear although am slightly worrying about getting sweaty of underarm as the mesh bits are quite high
