What type of bra with this dress.....

I've just ordered this dress for NYE. It's not arrived yet, but I'm already wondering what type of bra I will be able to wear with it.

I've recently put on 2stone after being on steriods for a brain tumour. I'm off them now and have lost 7lbs so far. Hopefully I'll be back to 10ish stone by nye. With that in mind, I'm not too sure what bra size I am or will be. I've always been a c/d cup but will get properly measured once the extra weight is gone.

Can anyone recommend a good backless bra or an alternative that may work with this dress? Thanks

A back converter may work? Sorry to hear about the tumour, hope all the horrible treatment has finished Smile X X x

You could maybe get away with your normal bra and just safety pin the cross back bit of the dress to the bra (so it doesn't show?).

vanilla I can't work out how that back converter works - am I being a bit dim?

It goes onto an existing bra, makes the straps really long, so it is pulled low down and fastens around your waist.

Thanks everyone! And all is well now thanks vanilla keeping everything crossed it stays that way for the future Smile

I'll look at both of those, I like the sound of safety pinning an existing bra to the back strap, I'll give that a try!
