What can i wear with these shoes?

Going on a hen do in a few weeks, super excited.
Got these shoes www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10701_10001_61132+4459681FR_-1 and am now having a blank. I bought some gorgeous navy blue cigarette pants but ive got really slim hips and theres way too much baggy fabric in that area for it to look cute.
Im a 14/16 with a bit of a baggy tummy so was thinking shift dress? but the one i do have makes my tummy look super obvious. Help!!!

Sorry but im clueless about fashion, more of a jeans, tshirt, converse person.

Should add i am not normally a leopard print shoes kind of girl but im trying to be a bit daring and out of the box for once.

They wd go great with knee length skirts or a bit longer dresses. And i'd try them with the above the pants in a wider cut'
