Pixi Glow Tonic causing spots

So I finally got Pixi Glow Tonic (M&S now sell it, got it on one of the 20% off days) and yes, it does make me glow so for that I really like it.

But it has also caused me to get some small but sore spots. I've been using it now for about 2 weeks, morning and night. Perhaps it's too harsh? I've stopped using it and night and gone back to REN clarifying toner and just use the Glow Tonic in the morning to see if this makes a difference.

Anyone else experienced this? Any advice, is it just a transitional phase until I get used to it? The spots have been small but in odd places - one on the edge of my lip, one near my eye, some along the edge of my chin. They look a little bit like milia (sp?)

I'm a bit gutted as the benefits are good, but I didn't sign up to getting spots!!

I've asked for some for my birthday and I've also heard it can cause spots but also that they go with time. Hope that's the case.

Yes I will be giving it a try once my LRP toner runs out.

Everything I seem to use for the first time gives me a spot or two, so I'm hopeful.

Thanks, I'm hoping that's the case! I'm reducing how often I use it, it maybe overzealous using it morn and night.

I just use it in the evening, and my skin has been fine. My skin can react to products too. I use a serum with hydrolonic acid in afterwards to combat dehydration.
