Primark.
Excuse my cankles... Weird angle! Grin

Oohhaveabanana · 04/10/2015 13:28

I get Converse ones. There are some that are 'made for chucks', that stay in place and can't be seen at all. I got them from Tkmaxx.

BrendaandEddie · 04/10/2015 13:36

is there a photo coming Tess?

Hmm to converse - were they $$

Got some by urban knit in tk maxx which go over toes and heel and that's it. Excellent (once I worked out which why round to wear them) although bought them ages ago

louloubelle2 · 04/10/2015 13:40

Gap

gaggiagirl · 04/10/2015 13:41

Primark.

BrendaandEddie · 04/10/2015 13:41

I have but they are from Dunnes Stores which is an Irish chain. They look more like those little footies but are made from sort of towelling fabric. I wore them under Supergas which are quite low this summer and they weren't visible.

magicpuppy · 04/10/2015 13:42

Cross post - my Dunnes ones are the same shape as those Gap ones.

Fabellini · 04/10/2015 13:42

I just wear the ones that are shaped like ballet pumps now - three pack from Next, and they have a little sticky thing on the heels so they don't slide inside your trainers. these

exexpat · 04/10/2015 13:42

Definitely Primark invisible socks (they come in white/grey/black cotton) - don't show under converse.

Fugghetaboutit · 04/10/2015 13:44

Gap. H has them and they cover his heel and toes, can't see them at all otherwise

Oohhaveabanana · 04/10/2015 13:45

Not $$ at all. They were about £5.99 for 3 pairs (ironically, I first bought some in America and TKmaxx in uk was much cheaper!)

DCITennison · 04/10/2015 13:45

Primark laser cut.
They're actually amazing, very low and stay put all day.
Slightly strange material (possibly not good if you actually run in your running shoes) but I've never found any others that don't either show above the trainer or roll down under my heel after a while.

BrendaandEddie · 04/10/2015 13:47

thanks - i dont mind them showing in the gym but in leeshure time they look nafffola

I've had the Primark ones but they just slipped off my feet constantly and I ended up throwing them out!

justasecond · 04/10/2015 13:51

En brogue featured these recently
enbrogue.com/2015/08/23/trainer-socks-stances-amazing-super-invisibles-and-they-stay-put-too/ expensive though for 1 pair.
I got some v similar to these in tkmaxx the other week for 3.99 for 2 pairs so worth a look there.

Hopefully · 04/10/2015 14:02

I've just ordered some from ASOS to try. I'm on my phone and I can't find the exact link, but I posted them on my FB business page if you can be bothered to go and hunt the link down (and feel free to post the ASOS link on here and report my post as advertising afterwards if you want! I appreciate that posting a business page link isn't exactly ideal MN etiquette).

macnab · 04/10/2015 14:06

Primark. Not sure what they call them, they have others that I got that were a disaster and never stayed on properly but these ones are like a mesh material and very very stretchy - as in you'd think there's no way they'd ever fit on your feet. I think they might be "sports" on the label. They come in a three pair pack. They are super, really comfy, stay on all day and are really low so don't show under your trainers & converse.

Doobigetta · 04/10/2015 15:08

Pringles ones with a little silicon grippy thing on the inside of the heel- TK Maxx have them.

Doobigetta · 04/10/2015 15:09

Possibly "Pringle" so as not to be confused with the popular snack.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 04/10/2015 16:04

Not the M&S ones - they are enormous.

Cocolepew · 04/10/2015 16:13

Matalan floosies.
